Is there a minimum age or height requirement for skaters?
No minimum age or height requirement is required, however a signed waiver is required for participation.
What's the time limit for each skating session?
Each skating session lasts one hour.
Can I bring my own skates?
Yes! Personal ice skates are allowed.
Can I pay at the ice skating rink or do I need a reservation?
Whether you are on-site or off-site, payment will be required through the Geoji app. We strongly recommend that a reservation is made prior to arriving. Reservations will create a seamless experience of Ice Skating in Southlake Town Square!
How do Ice Skating reservations work?
Reservations are good for 1 hour and are available every 15 minutes. Time slots can be reserved online. If there are any issues with your reservation or time slot, please reach out to Geoji.
How can weather affect the ice skating rink?
Weather can cause delays or closures of the ice skating rink. Please follow us @visitsouthlake on Facebook or Instagram for updates.

Is there a refund or rescheduling policy for reservations?
No refunds will be allowed and all sales are final. Rescheduling is possible and will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the operator.
